Club Activities: FCARC Calendar 2011-2012

The club activities calendar for our September to August club year is developed
each summer. For 2011-2012 it is proposed that we return to our former practice
of monthly meetings all year, except during July and August. Regular
club activities will include monthly breakfasts on the third Saturday of
every month. We will have program and business meetings on the third Monday
of each month from September through June, except that in lieu of a program
meeting a potluck Holiday Party will take place in December, and a club picnic
will take place in May. The June meeting is the annual business meeting and
election of officers. Activities such as fox hunts may be scheduled following
the monthly Saturday breakfasts.
The schedule may vary due to factors such as the availability of a meeting
space, holidays, or conflicts with public service events.
The Volunteer Examiner team holds Amateur Radio license examination
sessions on the fourth Monday of August, November, February, and May.
Note: Things change, not every date can be known in August when the first
version of this schedule is posted.
